POSITION SUMMARY
The primary role of the Direct Support Professional (DSP) is to work alongside the people we support in order to help them to achieve their Personal Outcomes. This includes working with them to develop daily living, professional and informed decision-making skills while also supporting their health and safety.

This role is performed in-person, some travel in an agency vehicle is required from agency drivers.

The Pay Range for this job is $20.00-$20.98. This range is based on what FREE reasonably believes it will pay an employee as for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including, but not limited to, an individual’s experience, qualifications, longevity at FREE, geographic location, relevant skills, and other factors permitted under federal, state, and local laws.
