The primary role of the Direct Support Professional (DSP) is to work alongside the people we support in order to help them to achieve their Personal Outcomes. This includes working with individuals with special needs to develop daily living, professional and decision making skills while also supporting their health and safety. This role is geared towrads supporting particpants enrolled in our Respite Programs. The role would require Mon- Thurs 12pm to 7pm and every ther Sunday from 9:30 am to 4:30pm. On weeks that there is no Sunday Respite you will work a Friday shift from 8:30am to 4:30pm. This role requires an innovating and energetic person with good organizational and communication skills.
