Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Behavior Support, the Behavior Intervention Specialist is responsible for the development, and evaluation of all psychological services to people within their home setting implemented by individual's family members.
The job responsibilities of The Behavior Intervention Specialist includes, but is not limited to: development, training and monitoring of behavioral intervention programs and strategies, behavior analysis, crisis intervention. The qualified candidate must be able to work in partnership with all levels within the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure the highest quality of clinical services for the people we support in a manner that is consistent and aligned with the agency mission and vision, and the philosophy of the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL).
