Under the supervision of the Residence Supervisor, the Assistant Residence Supervisor will be responsible for the direct supervision of the Direct Support Professionals and will provide direct oversight of service planning and the provision of clinical and health care services. The Assistant Residence Supervisor is responsible for the implementation of day-to-day activities and oversight of the assigned residence.


  • At least 2 years of experience with the Behavioral Health population, a must
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Good Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

  • Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another

  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and the public.

  • Flexibility in schedule.
  • Valid NY State License
