The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering phone lines, and completing routine administrative work related to the function of the organization, its employees and individuals supported. The Administrative Assistant must be a self-starter who is able to prioritize, multi-task and handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additional responsibilities include:


  • Provide full admin support to the team and department.

  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Monitor programs and track complaince as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion.
  • Sorts and distributes mail. Opens mail for the division. Drafts written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary. Responds to regularly occurring requests for information.





  • Maintain positive and professional teammember relationships.
  • High School Diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Valid New York State Driver's License and meets the criteria to be an agency driver.
  • Must have strong computer skills.
  • Must have strong writing skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Strong problem solver and analytical thinker.
  • Similar office administrative experience preferred.
