    Under the supervision of the Operations Director, the Apartment Treatment Program (ATP) Residential Supervisor is responsible for the management and operation of the Apartments, including the supervision of direct care staff. The ATP Supervisor is also responsible for the supervision and care of all individuals residing within the program, including but not limited to: ensuring individual safety; coordinating all aspects of the activity schedule; coordination of the individualized Action Service Planning process; and problem-solving to overcome obstacles faced by program residents. The Supervisor will ensure a focus on the individual’s continued integration and utilization of resources within the community.


    • At least 2 years of experience working with the mentally ill
    •     At least 3 years of supervisory experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field
    • Must have a flexible schedule
    • Valid NYS Driver License a must
