    Responsibilities

    Maintain workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and develop reporting procedures

    • Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data
    • Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout and budgetary/personnel requirements
    • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs; maintain equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques
    • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects, expediting work results.
    • Maintain professiona and tecnical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent plus 1 year experience in feld
    • Valid NYS Driver's License
    • Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel
    • Reporting skills, ability to analyze information
    • Administrative writing skills and verbal communication
    • Supply/Inventory management
    • Self-motivated and flexible
