    Under the supervision of the Senior Program Coordinator, the Program Coordinator is responsible for supervising and training assigned HS and DSP staff in all areas that pertain to appropriate implementation of the program activities, individual interactions and documentation. The Program Coordinator coordinates the annual and semi-annual review process and, acting as the individual’s advocate, ensures that the individuals’ desired outcomes are met and facilitates proper documentation and communication between team members, clinicians, service coordinators and residential programs.



    • High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with individuals diagnosed with intellectual/developmental disabilities
    • Supervisory experience a plus
    • Valid New York Driver's License and meets the criteria to be an agency driver
