Summary/Objective The Operations Director is responsible for the overall management and supervision of a group of residential facilities. The Director’s primary role is to ensure that all of the needs of the people supported in their programs are met. These needs include ensuring their rights are both promoted and respected, supporting their health and safety, and working with them to identify and realize their personal outcomes. The Operations Director is responsible for ensuring that available resources are used efficiently and effectively, that funder and FREE, Inc. policies and procedures are followed, and that established program performance standards are met or exceeded. In collaboration with division leadership, the Operations Director is responsible for establishing and maintaining high standards of performance for their teams.

Under the Supervision of the Assistant Director of Nursing, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the overall oversight and supervision of the healthcare needs of the people we support in a residential setting. The LPN will work in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Nursing, Registered Nurse and the Residential Administrative team to ensure the delivery of the highest quality of integrated health and continuity of care to the people residing in our residences. The Direct Support Specialist (DSS) provides supervision and oversight to the individuals residing in specialized OPWDD IRA residences who demonstrate as High Risk. High Risk is defined as those individuals who have been involved in the criminal justice system, or have the potential to become involved, and are at risk for reoffending while residing in a community based setting, without specialized supports and services in place. The DSS will provide support and services to these individuals based on person centered life plans, work collaboratively with the Direct Support Professionals and as a liaison to the clinical and management team members to address psychiatric and behavioral episodes. Further, the DSS will assist in ensuring behavioral support plans are followed and required documentation is completed as assigned. This team member will assist the Residence Supervisor in implementing agency policies and procedures.

Position Overview The Application Support Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing the agencies’ application support needs. The Specialist will analyze system requirements to ensure effective integration with current and future systems/processes while working across multiple departments to ensure an optimal end-user experience. The specialist will have a strong knowledge of database management and be able to work with multiple vendors to troubleshoot application issues. The specialist will have vision in order to proactively work with implementation teams to provide consensus based enterprise solutions that are scalable, adaptable, and in synchronization with the ever-changing business needs of the agency.
