POSITION SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Director of Entitlements, the Collections Specialist will work in collaboration with the housing and accounting team to monitor and address program fees and rental arrears for individuals supported in FREE’s residential programs. The Collections Specialist will assist in implementing agency policies and procedures regarding rent, program fees, arrears and debt strategy.

Position Overview
Under the supervision of the Community Habilitation Supervisor, the Community Habilitation Specialist (CHS) is responsible for assisting individuals to become more independent when performing activities of daily living and community integration in order to achieve their valued outcomes. Habilitation services are designed to develop skills in order to increase an individual’s level of independence. The Habilitation services that the Community Habilitation Specialist is responsible for organizing and implementing includes but is not limited to: training, supervision, or assistance related to communication skills, interpersonal skills, socialization, mobility, community transportation/travel training skills, problem solving skills, money management, life safety skills, etc. Services are primarily community based and revolve around volunteer and recreational opportunities. The Community Habilitation Specialist is responsible for fostering and maintaining an environment that promotes the health and safety of all persons served and must abide all agency policies, procedures, mission, vision, etc.
The primary role of the Community Habilitation Specialist is to work alongside the people we support in order to help them to achieve their Personal Outcomes. This includes working with individuals with special needs to develop daily living, professional and decision making skills while also supporting their health and safety.

Summary/Objective
The Direct Support Specialist (DSS) provides supervision and oversight to the individuals residing in specialized OPWDD IRA residences who demonstrate as High Risk. High Risk is defined as those individuals who have been involved in the criminal justice system, or have the potential to become involved, and are at risk for reoffending while residing in a community based setting, without specialized supports and services in place. The DSS will provide support and services to these individuals based on person centered life plans, work collaboratively with the Direct Support Professionals and as a liaison to the clinical and management team members to address psychiatric and behavioral episodes. Further, the DSS will assist in ensuring behavioral support plans are followed and required documentation is completed as assigned. This team member will assist the Residence Supervisor in implementing agency policies and procedures.

Under the supervision of the Vice President of Behavior Support and Psychology Services, the Behavior Intervention Specialist (BIS) is responsible for the development, delivery, and evaluation of all behavior support services for the people they support. This includes, but is not limited to: psychological evaluations, functional assessment, behavior support programs and strategies, crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, case reviews and other interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, training and consultation with other team members. The BIS will work in collaboration with the Person and their circle of support to ensure the highest quality of clinical services in a manner that is consistent and aligned with agency mission and vision, and the philosophy of the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL).

The Mobile Residential Support Team (MRST) Community Support Specialist provides additional supports to individuals residing in Scattered Site Supportive Housing units that are referred to the program based on need. The MRST team provides additional supports to aid targeted individuals in addressing risk factors so that they may continue to be stably housed and living successfully in the community. The targeted population supported by the MRST CSS include men and women who are at high risk for psychiatric or medical hospitalization, homelessness, incarceration or other involvement with the legal system, a lack of stability in maintaining basic health and safety needs, those with co-morbid medical or substance abuse conditions, and individuals with a co-occurring intellectual disability.
