POSITION SUMMARY
The primary role of the Residential Senior Manager is to ensure that all of the needs of the people supported in FREE’s IRAs are met while working in partnership with each team. These needs include, but are not limited to, ensuring their rights are both promoted and respected, supporting their health and safety and working with them to identify and realize their personal outcomes. In order to accomplish this, the Residential Senior Manager leads a team including Residential Managers and Direct Support Professionals, in conjunction with clinical providers that work alongside the people supported to develop plans to meet the individuals’ needs. The Residential Senior Manager is also responsible for ensuring that these plans are both followed and documented in an appropriate and timely manner.
Summary/Objective

POSITION SUMMARY
The primary role of the Residential Supervisor is to ensure that all of the needs of the people supported in the program are met while working in partnership with them. In order to accomplish this, the Residential Supervisor leads a team of Direct Support Professionals or Community Support Specialists and in conjunction with clinical providers works alongside the people they support to develop plans to meet the individuals’ needs. The Residential Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring that these plans are both followed and documented in an appropriate and timely manner.
Under the supervision of program management, the Licensed Clinician is responsible for assisting in the development of the Support Plans, and Relapse Prevention Plans. This qualified, specially trained team member will be available to provide crisis intervention, direct support, medication monitoring and oversight, assistance with daily living skills, and any other assistance that these individuals need while participating in services. The Licensed Clinician will provide individualized supportive counseling, and conduct assessments as needed or required. The Licensed Clinician shall also be asked to undertake projects aimed at expanding and improving the scope and quality of services provided by the treatment team.

In order to accomplish this, the Day Services Manager leads a team of Assistant Managers, Habilitation Specialists and Direct Support Professionals and in conjunction with residential and clinical providers to work alongside the people they support to develop plans to meet the individual’s needs. The Day Services Manager is also responsible for ensuring that these plans are both followed and documented in an appropriate manner. In addition, the Day Services Manager is responsible for providing supervision and support to the Assistant Managers at various locations.
Summary/Objective
The primary role of the Day Services Program Without Walls Assistant Manager is to ensure that all of the needs of the people supported in the program are met while working in partnership with them to achieve their Personal Outcomes. This includes working with individuals within their community so they may develop daily living skills, professional and informed decision making skills, while also supporting their health and safety and ensuring their rights are both promoted and respected. In order to accomplish this, the Program Without Walls (PWW) Assistant Manager will lead and manage a team consisting of a Senior Habilitation Specialist, Habilitation Specialists as well as Direct Support Professionals. The PWW Assistant Manager responsible for overseeing a minimum of 80 cases as well as the HUB that they run out of. They are responsible for the completion and review of all Staff Action Plans ensuring they are followed and documented in an appropriate manner. The PWW Assistant Manager is responsible for attending all Life Plan Meetings as well as any Interdisciplinary Meetings. This position will work within conjunction with residential and clinical providers to work alongside the people they support to develop plans to meet the individual’s needs.

Summary/Objective
Under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for
the overall oversight and supervision of the healthcare needs of the people we support. The RN
will work in conjunction with medical providers to ensure the delivery of the highest quality of

The Community Support Specialist provides training in independent living skills, including how to be responsible tenants and maintain psychiatric stability. This individual will assist the Program Supervisor in implementing agency policies and procedures.

The Director’s primary role is to ensure that all of the needs of the people supported in their programs are met. These needs include ensuring their rights are both promoted and respected, supporting their health and safety, and working with them to identify and realize their personal outcomes. The Operations Director is responsible for ensuring that available resources are used efficiently and effectively, that funder and FREE, Inc. policies and procedures are followed, and that established program performance standards are met or exceeded. In collaboration with division leadership, the Operations Director is responsible for establishing and maintaining high standards of performance for their teams.
Under the supervision of the Residential Manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for the direct supervision of the Direct Support Professionals and will provide direct oversight of service planning and the provision of clinical and health care services. Under supervision of Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, the Maintenance Mechanic will maintain assigned tasks: repairs furniture and the structural integrity of buildings and electrical systems, and responds to other emergency maintenance requests as needed. The Maintenance Mechanic will work on projects that require a level of precision, involving exposure to chemical, loud noises, and equipment that is both automatic and manual. The Maintenance Mechanic is expected to follow employee safety standards by adhering to both environment and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
